To study the effect of phosphorus fertilization by contrasting organic or chemical fertilization and mycorrhizal status on the synthesis, composition and profiles of phenolic compounds (anthocyanins, flavonols, and phenolic acids) in fruits of Fragaria ananassa plants. Considering the importance of this berry crop in the Araucanía Region, this quality parameter could be of economical and nutritional importance.
