1.- Evaluate the gene flow of geo-referenced codling moth individuals, from unmanaged host surrounding to commercial apple orchards using kinship assignment. 2.- Evaluated of genetic structure of codling moth field populations from all growing apple areas selected in this study to local and larger geographical scale, calculating multilocus FST values 3.- Determine the biochemical and molecular (target site mutations ACE, kdr) mechanisms involved in the codling moth insecticide resistance from unmanaged host surrounding and commercial apple orchards of all growing apple areas selected in this study
